“Coming to AFRICA……..a royal affair..”
This is an Afrocentric collection designed by Isabella Rwabose of KAMIKAZI Fashion house.
The theme “Coming to Africa is synonymous” with the 1988 comedy film “coming to America” that featured pompous designs showcasing African glamor at its best.
“Coming to Africa…a royal affair” is a collection that tells a story of an exotic African royal wedding ceremony set in a hypothetical zamunda of its own. The dresses are done with a vintage touch lending the collection a touch of nostalgia and cut with modern silhouettes creating the perfect Afropolitan look.
